Cindy is a graduate of Chamberlain University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Nursing Science with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner, becoming board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is functional medicine trained through the Institute of Functional Medicine and Certified through the Functional Medicine University, where she focused on molecular biology, and gained expert understanding of the root causes of disease and dysfunction to promote optimal health and well-being.
With 25 years of experience in the medical field, Cindy began her career in bedside nursing after earning her degree from Edison State College. Her diverse experience includes surgical nursing, physical rehabilitation, telemetry, and three years as an acute and chronic dialysis nurse, where she managed anemia and provided various treatments both in and out of the hospital. She also spent two years in quality improvement, collaborating with acute care providers and hospitalists to analyze patient cases and enhance outcomes through improved patient safety protocols and practices.
Cindy’s commitment to quality care led her to a five-year tenure as a primary care provider, followed by two years as a gastroenterology specialist. Throughout her career, her primary goal has been to offer exceptional care, guidance, and advice to her patients, integrating her extensive knowledge and expertise to deliver holistic, evidence-based, and professional healthcare.
Outside of her work as a functional medicine primary care provider, Cindy is a devoted mother of a teenager and three young adult children, and is excited to have welcomed her first grandchild. She and her husband live on a mini farm with diverse animals. Together her family enjoys hosting a youth ministry camp-outs on their property.

Olivia helps her clients get unstuck, with identity shifts that anchor lasting healthy behaviors to support whole-person health. Her work has primarily focused on behavior change that supports optimal gut-brain, and overall health, so her clients can live well, with sharper mental clarity, energy, meaning and joy.
Her approach combines faith, whole-person wellness and behavioral science, guiding clients to make personalized shifts in nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, supportive community, spiritual and emotional well-being.
As a Health Strategist and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Olivia supports organizations and individuals looking to build systems that expand their capacity to lead themselves and others well, without burning out, helping them reconnect with their values and rebuild energy through healthy microhabits that align with their lives.
Olivia is a graduate of the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy; the only coach training program partnered with the Institute of Functional Medicine. She also holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Brandeis University, and a Bachelors’ in Finance/Minor in Math from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
With 17 years of experience in corporate finance and her own lived experience of running on dry, Olivia understands what it means to appear successful on paper but feel soul-level fatigue. Her transformation didn’t come from dramatic change, but from small, value-aligned choices that honored her whole self. Now, she helps others do the same, moving from exhaustion to recharged, one anchored step at a time.

Gabriel Fleming is a student at Jackson Center High School and is currently in his Junior year while attending UVCC where he is focusing on Computer Information Technologies.
Alongside this, he is attending Edison State Community College with the goal of obtaining his Associate's Degree in Arts by the time of his high school graduation next year.
His overall goal is to major in musical arts and minor in biomolecular engineering.
Gabriel is the digital heartbeat of our medical office. Balancing the roles of Clinic Receptionist and Technology Coordinator, bridging the gap between traditional healthcare and modern innovation. Whether he is optimizing our scheduling software, helping design engaging Facebook content, or launching targeted email newsletters, Gabriel uses his technical expertise to keep our community informed and connected.
